For now, Pooh Wear is keeping it local—we ship anywhere in the United States. No international orders… yet.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped through USPS. Simple, reliable, and straight to your door.
Shipping Rates
Your shipping cost is based on things like weight and where you’re at. You’ll see the total at checkout before you hit “Buy.”
Processing Time
If your item is in stock, we’ll process it in 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start moving the next business day.
Delivery Times & Delays
Delivery times are in USPS’s hands, but we’ll make sure your order is out the door on time. Heads up—weather, postal delays, or busy seasons can slow things down.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, keep an eye on your inbox—we’ll send you a tracking link so you can stalk your package every step of the way. From our hands to your doorstep, you’ll know exactly where it’s at.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once you check out, that order is locked in—no address changes, no cancellations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If something goes missing, reach out to USPS directly to file a claim. No signature is required on delivery.
