Pooh Wear Return & Exchange Policy

At Pooh Wear, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide store credit or exchanges for eligible items, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted at Pooh Wear’s sole discretion. To be considered, all items must meet the following criteria, which include but are not limited to:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed

  • No stains, marks, or discoloration

  • No scent of perfume, smoke, or other odors

  • Original tags must be intact and attached

  • Item must be in its original condition

Requesting a Return or Exchange

  • All requests must be submitted within 10 days of the order delivery date.

  • To initiate your request, email hello@poohwear.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

  • Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Shipping Your Item Back

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pooh Wear is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

  • Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit instead.

Final Sale Items

All items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
